Application labs
Deli Laser Solutions occupies about 1000 square meters ultra clean labs of cleanliness class 10000, stable room temperature of 23 degree, and strict LAB management policies, which provide an excellent environment for precision micromachining.
Laser sources
Laser sources are the most important component for laser micromachining, which plays a decisive role to the processing results. There are complete and latest laser sources for all kinds of different applications, including DPSS lasers, fiber lasers and CO2 lasers, from nano-second to pico-second, from IR(10.6-1.064um) & green to UV&DUV. Especially, we have the capacities to develop and manufacture customized & optimized laser sources to match different requirements.
Optical facilities
Generally, it is a circular Gaussian beam emitting from the laser source, but not perfect. So for high end laser systems and applications, it requires an external beam delivery system for adjustment and amendment according to the detailed requirements. For example, there are several different solutions(Helical, Trepanning, Galvanometer scans, and etc.) for different requirements of micro hole drilling such as requiring high depth-diameter ratio, high accuracy and quality of edge & sidewall, high speed drilling, etc. We also own different beam shaping components to achieve square or line shaped top-hat beams to match some special cases.
Software, motion-control, granite table
Strong R&D capabilities of software, mechanical and electrical also play a significant role to support the process development, especially the sophisticated integration of laser control and motion control. In the laboratories of Deli Laser Solutions, there are many different working stages of different sizes and accuracies, from 2-axis to 6-axis. What's more, the technical team cis capable to develop and assemble high precision stage itself, which is much more flexible and customized. Besides, all the laser systems in our plant are equipped granite bases for vibration isolation, which is quite helpful to achieve stable and precise processing results.
Testing facilities
Complete and advanced testing facilities including scanning electron microscope, 3D laser scanning microscope, laser interferometer, precision 3D measuring arms, IR Imager, Laser Beam Profiler, laser power monitors, etc.
